The past four years have gone by in a rushed blur of hardships, late nights, and laughter echoing off the walls of various buildings. Like the butterfly and its cocoon, I emerge from high school evolved and only reminiscent of who I once was. All that is fancy writer talk for “I’ve grown a lot these years,” and I think I have for the better. My fondest memories would have to be my time as a marching bee, working alongside my classmates and friends to make fun, inspiring shows. I am very proud of how far my writing has come, and I think that is evident in the articles I have produced for The Hybreeze. Speaking of, thank you to everyone who has read and enjoyed my articles. I would also like to give a special thanks to my friends who supported me through the years. I am very excited for the next step in my journey of life and I can’t wait to grow even more.
