The draw of Haunted Houses
Going to Haunted can provide a “stress inoculation”, improve your mood through endorphin release, and it can also strengthen your bonds with your friends and/or family.
Zoey Zitterbart, a student at BBHHS, said, “As I was walking through the haunted houses, I was almost paranoid the whole time, watching behind my back and all around to

determine if a monster is going to jump out or grab you. It’s also very interesting and fun along with it being funny at times, and thrilling.” This alone proves that going to haunted houses can be a great experience for all!
However, it is important to make sure that you are going to haunted houses that you can handle. Kayla Gelle said, “I would recommend different haunted houses to different people based on how much fear they can take, and how many haunted houses and experiences they’ve done,”
Always make sure you check and see the scare levels for each and every haunted house that you go to.
Haunted houses are an amazing and fun experience for all different types of people, no matter the age!
